Do you have a Loonie? If so, you have enough to purchase a east-end Toronto home. Omar Ibrahim is hoping that his listing price will create a bidding war on a home in an area that generally lists for $340,000.

Ibrahim’s real estate agent may just think his client is a little off the deep end though.

“I think about it every day,” Asim Khan said with a laugh.

As of Friday afternoon Ibrahim had yet to get an offer. Perhaps Canadians are thinking if an offer is to good to be true than it’s a scam.

Still the professional house flipper is thinking that the new hardwood floors and kitchen may interest more than a few buyers.

The home is located at 93 Badgerow Ave. in Riverdale.

“I figured, ‘What’s a good way to attract the buyers’ audience? What’s a good way to draw in as many people through my front door as possible?’” he asked. “I figured a dollar is a good way to do it.”

I think we may just make an offer on this one. What about you?
