Campbell Child Custody Case In Court Today, No Ruling As Of Yet

The three Campbell children with Nazi inspired names are in the news again. The Family Court in Hunterdon County was to decide if the children could return home.
The children were removed from their home in January. Their father believes that removal was due to the publicity stemming from a supermarket’s refusal to decorate a birthday cake with the name of son Adolf Hitler Campbell, 3.

The children; Adolf Hitler Campbell, JoyceLynn Aryan Nation Campbell and Honszlynn Hinler Jeannie Campbell have been in protective custody since that time. They were placed in the same foster family.

The parents left the court Thursday afternoon with no word on if they will have their children returned. Their lawyer Pasquale Giannetta, said he’s “pretty confident” that the judge will in the end rule in favor of the parents.

NJ.com reports:

DYFS spokeswoman Kate Bernyk said the agency takes custody of children only “when there’s an imminent danger to a child.”

Mother Deborah Campbell says that there were false allegations of abuse reported by a neighbour.

NJ.com
reported in January:

“My husband and I would never abuse our children, and he would never harm anybody,” Deborah Campbell told the newspaper. Campbell said a neighbor made allegations that the children had been abused and that Campbell’s husband, Heath Campbell, had abused her.

There were previous domestic abuse allegations against Heath Campbell during a prior marriage.

There is no word as to when the final decision will be made.
